Extremely rude when I called to make an appointment. I WANTED an appointment for both hair and nails, but when the woman who answered says something that I can only assume is inappropriate in Spanish (sounded like poo tah) and hangs up the phone, I will NEVER do business here.

I absolutely love the service here, they never disappoint. One time I asked for curtain bangs and straight short hair but they suggested a wolf cut might be a flattering style for me - it turned out to be one of my favorite haircuts!

They have hours starting at 9am. But the eyebrow and haircut ladies don't attend until supposedly 11-11-30. We returned at 12, they were not there. They told us to wait 10-15 minutes. They called the owner, "Mari" and she said until 1. If they have their own business they must be responsible, it is not fair to play with customers' time.

I had an extremely horrible experience when I went to get my hair cut at this salon on 01/23/23. My haircut is messed up, when I spent months growing my hair out. This is not acceptable.Your employee , Maria, who is supposedly the manager is pretending to be the owner. She lied to me telling me that she is the owner, when I asked to speak to the owner.I do not speak Spanish. Maria, being the manager directed an employee who didn't understand me, cut my hair.I do not blame the employee that cut my hair, but Maria. I asked Maria to cut my hair, before the other employee even started. But, Maria insisted that the employee knows what to do.They used scissors that were already used on another customer to cut my hair. I noticed this after my haircut.This is one of the worst experiences I had getting my haircut, & the worst customer service I have ever had.Run far away from this place if you don't want your hair to get messed up, or want bad service. Use your money to go to a better hair salon.
