Dr Davis was awesome very informative very gentle with the parent and the pet she has became my dog's permanent veterinarian I live in Gary but I don't mind traveling to get the best

If I could have given no stars it would have been just that. I've been taking my 2 shihtzu 's there for 2 years, my male dog had a ear infection that worsened. It was never resolved. I dreaded coming to this nasty place. The help or whatever you call her looked mean, didn't talk or smile. My dog had terrible anxieties literally pulling up. Long story short $2000 later from shots, and trying to get my dog ears fixed. Meds behind meds(ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKED that was prescribed). Not to mention he began to have a terrible rash( the Dr. gave a mousse to try to fix that. Overall, I just think the place cares more about money than your fur baby. Thankfully I found a place that is phenomenal ( Lansing Animal Hospital) the place in clean, modern and very friendly. The Dr. got rid of my dog ears infection in (1) visit without spending thousands of dollars and without paying a stupid $75 deposit to make an appointment and my dog is a patient. Please be aware if you take your fur baby there. ASK HOW MUCH EVERYTHING COST.
The fact remains my dog issues with his ears and the yeast was cleared up in ONE visit. Not paying $$$$$ thousands of dollars. I'm happy my dog is happy. You lost a customer and many more you will lose if you don't start caring MORE about the patient than the pocket.

Dr. Davis and her staff are awesome. I have a 4 year old 120 pd. American bully with allergies, skin problems, gut problems, ear infections and hip problems. It took a little while but they got him squared away. He is in much better shape with very little skin problems or infections and he is moving around great.

Rocko and I always have a great experience at this animal hospital. From the moment I walk in, the staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Dr. Davis and her team listen to my concerns, treated my furr baby with so much compassion, and explained every step of the exam and treatment in a clear, reassuring way.

We just moved to the area and we needed a vet for our dog Bubba. I highly reccomend this place. They were so attentive and very careful with bubba when treating him. Both of bubba's nurses were amazing and very helpful. The Dr. Took time to explain to us what she reccomends us to do. Walked us through step by step eveb when giving an estimate for his treatment. Even the staff in the front desk were very nice and professional when scheduling an appointment.
