I love so much about this place! Only a 20-minute workout twice a week so no excuses not to work out. Even with a 20-minute workout it is intense, and I always feel energized afterwards. I do the private trainer sessions with Trish, and she is amazing! She always adjusts my workouts to maximize the benefits. Everyone on at the Buffalo Grove studio is very nice and professional. Highly recommend as the equipment is very high tech so you can monitor your progress.

The coaches challenge and encourage me within a safe intensity range for my body and objectives. The equipment is varied and constantly updated with new means of exercising and measuring achievements. I've been enjoying their coaching for over 15 years and feel so much more toned, with greater strength and stamina.

Love working out at The Exercise Coach! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. Been going for 7 months now and I feel stronger and more toned! The best part is that it’s only 20 minutes a couple times a week! Anyone can do something for 20 minutes except hold your breath! Would highly recommend!

Exercise Coach has been the best thing I’ve done in my life. One would think that working out only 20 minutes 2x weekly isn't enough. After 16 years of dedication, I can say it it is! I’m in the best shape and health of my life. I have controlled osteoporosis, built bone density, muscle definition, gained energy, and reduced 2 sizes. What makes this great is the small, safe atmosphere, awesome coaches (they’re like family), personal attention and positive results in a short time.Who can’t commit to 40 minutes a week to look and feel better.
