I have been a customer at Merle Norman since they first opened in Buffalo Grove. They carry an exceptional line of cosmetics that absolutely work.Their staff has complete knowledge of the products and are extremely helpful to each individual needs.

My visits to Merle Norman in Buffalo Grove have been most enjoyable. I, primarily, go there for wigs and always get such friendly, personal attention. Meeting Tammy, the owner, and getting to know her background was a real treat.This shop has a nice variety of cosmetics and gifts to pamper yourself or others! Great customer service should be recognized in today's busy world. Merle Norman is an enjoyable shopping experience, everytime. They treat you like family! :-)
My local Merle Norman store is the best! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable people, they always get my colors right, suggest products that work well for me, and have the items I want in stock (or get them quickly)! Best yet, they care! Friends for years!
