From the first phone call, Amy was so extremely patient and helpful. She was very kind and truthful when I went for my initial consultation and then when I ordered the wig, she and Christine were great at styling it and making sure I knew how to wear it. They are wonderful and really make you feel like yourself again when you are dealing with challenges regarding your hair. Thank you both for all your help and knowledge and patience!
I have been going to hair response for over four years now to get my wigs! I lost my hair to alopecia, and since the beginning Amy and her team have been nothing but kind and helpful though learning and beginning my wig journey. Their wigs looks extremely natural, fit perfectly and come in amazing quality! I truly leave smiling every time I see the hair response team!
I have had alopecia for 40 years. When I was first diagnosed my mom went into major Mom mode and took me to many Doctors and I was in several clinical trials which did nothing. Autoimmune they said, might just come back some day… remember no Google back then. We went to downtown Chicago to a wig shop and settled on a wig, walked out the door with tears in our eyes.
