This company operates under several names ALL with the same 1-star reviews and repeating the same terrible experiences with both the quality of the products received AND the customer service once they reached out. They just keep changing their name/website and continue to scam customers. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!! Seriously buy from ANYWHERE but this company. Please check out all their other company names below! I don't understand how this company has not had a class action lawsuit yet?! How are these people allowed to remain in business? I ordered 2 Clematis vines 4/26/2021, received them 6/26/2021. They were supposed to be 4" containers. They arrived in a green plastic bag, busted up. One was in a 2" container and the other was just dried up roots. I was also supposed to get a free peony and that was missing. Terrible company. Just wasted $29.00

Do not order from this company! Been trying to resolve issue for my 92 year old mother since last May. Items (over 80.00) were not received or received dead. Have mailed them , emailed them and tried to call but line is always and I mean always busy. This is a terrible company. I did report them just now to the BBB!
