MSY is the best! A variety of classes & times to fit your needs. You’ll engage your full body, mind & spirit here in the loveliest of ways. Almost all classes stream so check them out if you’re new or nervous but then come in person so one of the highly qualified teachers can assist you with form. Don’t forget to shop for fun gifts too -many with a local theme.
Main Street Yoga and Gifts is a combo location now, with darling gifts and cards. It's right on Main Street and you can almost always find a parking spot super close...and there is always the garage.
Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. The instructor was professional and knowledgeable. The studio was peaceful and a place where I felt calm. I highly recommend Main Street Yoga!
