Our whole experience with Keystone was positive. They met with us frequently to let us know timelines, what to expect and when, and always gave us options. The vendors were all very professional, friendly and showed up every work day exactly when expected with excellent work ethic and good humor (not always easy with the current pandemic!). During this social distancing time, everyone was very cautious, wore masks and took care to maintain 6’ from us when interacting. Once completed, they had a very thorough cleaning crew come in and when they finished, the new addition was move in ready. We are so happy with our decision to use Keystone Homes!
Keystone Homes finished our basement, replaced most of the flooring on our first level, and updated our fireplace. Keystone was absolutely fantastic to work with. Everyone treated us like family; they listened to and acted on all of our needs and concerns. The process was seamless and stress-free-we were in frequent close contact and well-informed about what was happening, when, and why. I also appreciated their flexibility, as they worked around our busy schedule. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done and love spending time in our updates spaces. We will certainly be contacting Keystone Homes again for any future projects.
