I had them do roof work some years back. I immediately had reoccurring issues with shingles coming off every time the wind blew. They came out several times to repair. On the last visit I was left an invoice. The owner then explained that the type of shingle used was not adequate for wind. I asked why was I not told this when the work was done. She attempts to tell me she did tell me. We go back and forth for some time on the issue. I eventually stated mam are you attempting to tell me you recall our specific conversation 8 years ago when I am sure your company does 100's of roof job a year.
