I called on a Saturday, with maybe an hour and a half to spare left before close, after unsuccessful attempts to locate the website abs order online as I had in a few years previously. The lady listened and then gave me options to order over the phone, she would create an arrangement with the available options they had and she would deliver to my grandma on her way home. My grandma's birthday was on Sunday and I wanted to be sure she got something on or before, so that she knew how special she was, and could feel that. This beautiful autumn floral decoration came out perfect. I live on the West Coast and wanted to surprise my parents with a festive Halloween treat. This lovely business called to check with me before delivery and were so nice to my parents when the flowers were delivered in Rushville. Overall, wonderful customer service and beautiful item. I would definitely refer friends and family to them. Thank you.
