They did a full bathroom remodel for us and the tile work is really well done. The shower surround looks clean and modern. A friend over in Hanover Park actually pointed us their way. Very satisfied.
Our master bath had been on the list for years and we finally pulled the trigger after getting a few quotes last spring. EPS was the second company we met with and the estimator just made more sense than the others. He walked through what could stay, what had to go, and gave us a realistic window on how long it would take. No pressure to upgrade everything either, which I appreciated. Once we picked tile and signed off, they started about three weeks later like they said. Demo took a day, and then it was steady progress after that. had an old bathroom with tiles that were pulling away from the wall behind the tub. you could see dark spots forming behind a few of them and it was pretty obvious moisture was getting in there. didnt want to just patch over it and deal with the same thing again in a year so we decided to do a full remodel. EPS came in and stripped everything down to the studs. once the walls were open you could see where the moisture had been sitting for who knows how long. they replaced what needed replacing and then waterproofed everything properly before putting new tile up. new tub surround looks great and the floor tile is a big upgrade from the old vinyl that was peeling at the... read full review
