Custom Property Solutions exceeded my expectations from the start. I had requested bids from multiple companies that offer the services I needed, but they were the only one to come out immediately. He provided a fair, detailed quote the same day, and thoroughly explained how we could accomplish our desired results in transforming our back yard. Ours was a pretty big job that required many days of excavation and installing drainage tile before eventually adding many truckloads of dirt to bring the area up to the rest of the yard. We are extremely happy with the work and craftsmanship provided by Custom Property Solutions. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. A very professional company that we would highly recommend to anyone. The work performed has stopped the erosion and has stabilized our pond. Their knowledge of what materials were needed was perfect for our application. The end result is not only functional but beautiful.
