Everyone at Thrive in Arlington heights has been wonderful. I have been taking my puppy there for about 2 months and everyone is kind, gentle, and informative. They have been very transparent about prices, answer all my questions, and were not pushy about Thrive plus membership (and I did enroll).
I had an amazing experience for my first appointment here! I was already nervous because my cat is an anxious cat, but the staff assured me from the start that they could handle him. From the moment I walked in there was great energy! Both the doctor and the vet tech were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as the person checking me in at the front desk. They are incredibly transparent and make everything seem less!
The ONLY place I can get my dogs nails trimmed. Seriously... The only place. The team and vibe is amazing. They're kind, fun, considerate, and take the time with my dog who is not having any of it. Anywhere else hes a mess... here, he's not happy, but he allows them to clip. We're moving out of state, and I genuinely think I'll be coming back just to see them. Good thing he likes road trips. Cannot recommend them enough.
