Nina and her assistant were absolutely amazing. I came to have something examined and they were extremely helpful and super nice. I fell lucky to have found an office close to my house that was able to see me right away. So if you’re looking for a office this is your place.
Had appointment 8/28/2023 and received great care. On 9/6/2023, received Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from Insurance stating I will owe $178.23. A few days later, Midwest Dermatology send me an email with the invoice. I paid it in full on 9/15/2023. In December 2024, nearly 1-1/2 years later, I received a bill from Midwest Dem stating I owe another $45. They apparently resubmitted the claim under their 2024 contractual agreement and are now trying to collect more money. This is a great example of unethical billing practices. I do not recommend them. (By the way I am VP & RN for a large Medical Group, so I am familiar with medical practices.)
I recently switched to this practice because of Nina, whom I absolutely love and have been seeing for years . The practice is excellent, and they have now become my go-to dermatology office.
