I've been a patient of Dr. Zulawinski's for more than 10 years. He and his staff are kind and genuinely care about their patients. Whether my appointment is for checkups, cleanings, or urgent care, Dr. Zulawinski's team always fits me into his schedule. For urgent care, he's seen me the same day. For cleanings and checkups, I've not waited more than two weeks at most to be seen. Dr. Zulawinkski is a perfectionist and that's high on my list of criteria for my dentist. He listens to me, consults with me on recommendations and next steps to do what works right for me the first time - creating an overall great experience. I highly recommend him.

My experience with this dental practice was awful. Front office staff were consistently rude and made errors in scheduling. One of the dentists there and a hygienist also misled me into believing my care was covered by insurance. The problem was that they failed to tell me the practice no longer accepted my insurance, which they had accepted previously. The response from the responsible party (the lead partner in the practice was absolutely nothing); however, the front office staff once again showed how obnoxious, sarcastic, and rude they are. Never again and I would never recommend the practice. Finally, the dentist and hygienist insisted I have dental surgery and referred me to a specialist. I found one with a better reputation and he said that there was "nothing to indicate surgery was indicated." I would recommend avoiding this practice.

Very happy with Dr. Brian and all of his staff. The hygienist cleaned my teeth so throughly. Dr. Brian is so nice, very experienced. I've had a cleaning and fillings. Dr. Brian, his whole front office staff, and hygentist are so patient and so friendly. I'm very nervous when I go to the dentist and they have all eased my fears. Don't hesitate. Go!

Dr. Brian Zulawinski is a fantastic Dentist. He is amongst the best I have known. Dr. Zulawinski is a highly capable clinician. So are his other clinicians.Unfortunately, I give a low rating because the front office is probably the worst experience I have had at this office, and I would rate it the same in comparison to other practices. This is not a single instance but many over a few years. Imagine if they are about delighting patients and bringing that administrative front office experience to be on par with Clinical capability? That would be WOW!I will recommend Dr. Zulawinski, as one of the best Dentists, but qualify and prepare anyone for a negative experience with the front office.

Every time I've ordered retainers from here it has taken way too long. There are always delays. They always tell me that they will follow up but never do. I always have to end up calling them a month later.The first time, I had to call them if my retainers were there and they told me that there was a delay and they would let me know when they arrive. Sure enough I called again a month after to check if they arrived and they finally said yes. Not sure how long they were just waiting them but the office had never called me.Second time I ordered retainers again back in January, they had charged me for them saying that they will arrive in 2-3 weeks. I called in February, and they said that there was a delay. At this point I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund and they simply refused. Now it is April and they are still telling me they do not have my retainers. This place is just too disorganized. Don't even try to get retainers from here. Waiting on receiving retainers this long is just bad for your teeth at this point.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Brian's treatment removing a tooth, which was painless and replacing a bridge. Today I visited him for a free second opinion. He took time to explain why I need a root canal in another tooth. His assistant was very helpful too.

Being treated for implants and crowns at Arlington Dental associates has been my worst dental experience ever. At my last visit I thought things were better but I was wrong. Because of COVID closure and illness, it has been a long journey. I have been paying a heavy price for one of the worst decisions of my life. The pain, the trauma, and the mouth damage these sharp implant crowns have caused has left me in a constant state of regret. My bridge has been chipped due to the sharp edge of a Heritage Lab crown placed by Dr. Zulawinski. My bite is off, eating and chewing have become a complex process as I am limited to mostly soft foods. It’s been very depressing. I don’t go out to eat any longer. I have to put wax on two of the crowns to prevent mouth and tongue damage. I kept telling Dr. Zulawinski something is wrong. He told me I need to get used to them. After months of waiting, nothing has changed. The implants themselves are fine, but the crowns made by Heritage Laboratories are ill fitting, sharp, bulky and painful. Do yourself a favor, if you use Arlington Dental Associates, make sure the impressions are not sent to Heritage Labs. I have had crowns made by other labs and they are all smooth and comfortable. I am working with a new oral surgeon and dentist to fix this mess and weigh my optionsFollowing my February 2022 visit, I contacted Arlington Dental on several occasions in March snd April 2022. Of the over $12,000 charge for the implants, 90% has been paid out of pocket. Over 80% of it was paid in the first year and a half. Without fail, I send a payment EVERY month with a few hundred dollars remaining. I’m still confused as to the charge for an exam after my cleaning (which insurance didn’t cover) while I was already being seen and treated. It seemed unnecessary as I was not told this charge was being thrown in with the cleaning.
