The installation team arrived right on time, were extremely polite and professional, and carefully protected the entire path to my kitchen before beginning their work. They installed the countertops flawlessly, cleaned up thoroughly, and left without a single speck of dust behind.
From working with Jose in Sales, to selecting the material, to the measurement process, and finally the installation — every step was seamless and well-coordinated. The level of communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations.
I am so happy with my counters at Factory Plaza and was provided excellent customer service with Gina!! She really listened and cared about our project!! They were fair in price and we highly recommend them!!
