Im so tired of St Lukes billing they never can get it together. I called and spoke to Sue and she said that access one who i go thru recalled a bal but didn't give me a reason why. So i called access one and said St Luke's recalled it not them in the amt of $2012,34 so u call st lukes back and speak to Holly she states she can't see anything for that amt how can Sue see it and access one but Holly can't and neither have any idea as to why. I’m never having another baby at this hospital because of the financial department. Our bill is consistently changing and I’ve had to contact them multiple times to add my insurance. The service has been a nightmare. It seems that no one knows what they are doing in this department. I don’t know what I actually owe.

We have spent 5 months trying to figure out self billing since St Lukes won't work with out of network insurance for my child's autism therapies. The biggest issue is they refuse to add autism as a diagnosis leading to insurance denying coverage. When we ask for help rectifying this issue and making sure to add autism to the diagnosis codes, we get told that is our insurances problem and they won't help us. There are months on the claim forms with no diagnosis codes, some with only one, and others with a lot, yet its everything but the primary reason the child is in treatment.
