I am so impressed with Grovers. I am pretty ignorant with all things electric, but I came in with a couple of pictures and they made sure I left with exactly what I needed without treating me like I was dumb or should know better. I will make sure to stop by here instead of a box store in the future. You can't find this kind of service anymore.
Love your store, lots of friendly helpful sales people; however, the majority of your questions doesn't match to the quality service you have. Do you do your own so you can save money?
I think Grover’s has great and helpful staff but their prices are a bit high. The help is 10x superior to Home Depot or Lowe’s but I’m not sure I would have purchased the parts I did knowing the price :( otherwise, the help and encouragement was somewhat worth the extra money.
Price on Amazon was $240 with free shipping. Price at Grover’s was $370! I definitely don’t want to wait a day or two for the part :(
