Needed our car towed fast. After calling around and getting nowhere, I finally called Torch Towing and Ted showed up and towed our car to my Sons house within 20 minutes of the call. The next day, we needed it towed again to a shop. Ted showed up again and took care of us. Ted was very pleasant and professional. He is definitely an asset to the company. I broke down on my way to work and Torch got there quickly, everyone I dealt with was incredibly kind, and they let my boys look at the tow truck. They were also cheaper than the other company I contacted who were going to take longer to get there. I saved their number in my phone because they’re the best tow company I’ve experienced!
