Josh is a rare find. He is meticulous, capable, caring, honest, punctual, fair, and he takes pride in his work. I was looking for a company to check on my roof and after contacting different companies Citadel, taking different quotes i chose Citadel because there were in a reasonable price , high quality material but not only they were the only one not pushing me to replace the roof.. they were the only one to say me that l can just repair my roof, not replacing it. They weren't looking to make a big business but to be honest first with a owner that doesn't understands anything about roofs.
