I am a combat disabled veteran. The veterans administration allowed for the medical massage to be provided to me. I have found that all the people from the first person you contact when you make a appointment all the way through to everyone who is in the same business office are polite, friendly, and very, very professional. The technician providing for the medical treatment is very knowledgable and able to explain what is being done and why in simple terms, the manipulation itself can be uncomfortable to a little painful at times, but it is very clear that that minor discomfort brings a major improvement in the function and movement of my legs and arms. I love Sandpoint Medical Massage! Cassandra is the best, in my opinion. I came in with severe back and neck pain that often caused numbness in my hands and arms. Cassandra was able to get deep into the knots and tension that had built up over years.
After my first intense session, I left feeling like a completely different person. After multiple sessions, my posture noticeably improved — for the first time in years, I could actually hold my head high comfortably. I was referred to Sandpoint Medical Massage due to an auto accident injury. My experience was very positive for my first visit! Her technique, pressure and communication are a perfect fit for me and I plan on staying with her for the duration of my treatment plan. I cannot comment on price as my insurance will be billed.
