I pulled out a cap and filling from a tooth and called for an appt. Initially, the triage person wasn't available so my number was left with them. I received a call back within 20 minutes and had an appointment an hour later. At the office, they got me back quickly and there wasn't any delays in taking care of me. Dr. Draper also took the time to explain everything.
The Dental Hygienist, JR was awesome!! He was extremely patient with my two year old who arrived screaming her lungs out of fear. He took the time to show her everything he was going to use and do before he approached her, keeping a smile on his face and ultimately making her feel more comfortable. By the end of the appointment, she left giving him high-fives with a huge smile on her face. Definitely recommend him! The doctor that came in was also very patient and professional. Good experience overall.
Dr. Jenks did my root canal- a procedure I’ve had paralyzing fear about for the last decade. He walked me through EVERYTHING and took extra time to answer my questions. I was nervous about not being numbed enough, he didn’t even think about it, just numbed me more until I felt comfortable. The procedure was as long as I thought it would be but it was SO comfortable (besides keeping my mouth open for a while of course) and I am on day two of recovery with genuinely little to no pain. I’m blown away and would recommend Dr. Jenks in a HEARTBEAT. Thank you!!!!
