Dan has been my go-to home inspector for over 20 years. He is flexible on schedule to allow my clients to get the inspection within their contractual periods. He is thorough in his inspection, yet not an alarmist. He shares the information about each house in a thoughtful way, and allows my clients to discover the condition of their house through photos and a narrative explanation so we know how to approach the seller with information about repairs requested. Dan came out to inspect a home I am purchasing. He did an incredibly thorough inspection, as well as explaining everything that he found to me. He took the time not only to tell me about the things he found, but showed them to me as well (not just through pictures). That greatly increased my knowledge about the home and what he found, and provided me an opportunity to ask questions.I highly recommend having inspections done through Valley Home Inspection.
