Skylar,PA was very kind and listened to my concerns. Involved me in making a decision about which course to take by giving the pros and cons of the new medication for Covid. I felt heard, understood and confident I would be better soon. Thank you Skylar.Btw the clinic is clean, accessible and delightfully decorated.
The appointment process was easy, and the waiting room wait short. There was a bit of time in the exam room before Dr. Clinger came in, but it was more than made up for by the quality and quantity of the appointment. He didn't seem at all in a rush, and he didn't hit me with the dogma to which we've all become accustomed in the last 3 years. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable in many areas based on the answers to my questions. Glad to find a really good GP on my first try in Idaho.
The staff and especially David Sjostrand are amazing. They really take the time to listen to you and don't push a certain agenda on you. They make you feel heard and cared for. I would recommend them to anyone!
