Very impressed with the retention and style for my Gel X nails. One of the only nail salons in the area that utilizes Apres gel X, and she took the time to soak off my gel extensions and carefully removed any extra builder gel I had on previous from a set I did myself. I received a full long/ medium set, with French tip four days ago, and they’re still holding on strong. She communicated our appointment well, over both phone and text, and was very efficient during the nail application process. Even surprised me with glow in the dark top coat at the end, which applied beautifully.

Called to make an appointment for my daughter and I and she said she could get us in at 3pm today. Went in and we weren’t seen at 3pm. Then when we were seated in the chairs one person was taking turns on my daughter and I. They used already used nail files to remove our gel, charged an extra $5 to remove our current gel polish and was not mentioned until pay. Their basic pedicure does not come with any scrub or massage. Never had an experience like this before. The polish was done nicely, but sadly Between the lack of lack of cleanliness (used nail file) and the lack of amenities for the cost, I will not return. Terrible experience. I will never be back. There were multiple times where they would be sitting around doing nothing while we are waiting for a service. We asked for basic pedicures which entails no massage, lotion, scrub etc. and they took and hour and a half. That is absolutely insane and there is no way the business is going to last. (Beware they charge to remove old gel polish) The only reason I giving two stars is because the lady did a nice job.Services: Polish removal
