This company was hired from my home warranty to service and repair my ac unit at the beginning of October. They missed the initial appointment that was sent to me, I had to contact the home warranty and advise them I had no calls from the technician nor did they show up during the scheduled time. They ended up rescheduling and coming a few days later. Everything seemed to be going fine the technician sent in the claim update to my home warranty and I was advised to pay my portion of $400. This company had taken my repair ticket from my home warranty and never showed. Not only that but I called and left messages and so did the warranty company and none were ever returned. Worst customer service ever. If you take the ticket, complete the ticket. It was for my AC Unit

Got selected by home warranty company. They never contacted me to set up appointment. I had to call them. And the warranty company didn't believe to appliance had to be scrapping and neither did I.
