We recently sold an investment property in Idaho Falls. Tony helped us purchase the property about five years ago. We had such a great experience that we wanted to use him again when it was time to sell. Tony was able to work around the tenant's schedule to arrange showings. He was also able to help us arrange for a home inspection and find a plumber, painter, and electrician to fix some issues that were found during the inspection. This was important to us because we are now living in Florida and it would have been hard for us to get those repairs done without his help. Tony is very professional and was always quick to respond whenever we sent him a text or email.

Tony stepped in and helped us find local contractors that were super cost-effective to fix some serious issues with the house. He was trustworthy and responsive, quickly answering whenever we had questions. He checked on the contractors and made sure the work was done on time and done well.
