Chuck along with the rest of his mitigation team at CTR did an outstanding job taking care of me and my house after suffering massive water damage. Chuck was kind, courteous, professional, prompt, responsive, dependable, and a hard worker. I'm so appreciative!
We read previous reviews and decided to give them a go. We had several projects and were all completed well. Their prices are very fair and communication and explanation is great. Will definitely use again if ever the need. One particular employee Adam Garcia does excellent work.
Chuck Rowen (Mitigation) and Josh Stevens (Restoration) really know their stuff! I'm not just talking about the trade they've dedicated their time to, but their people skills are top-notch. I had an extensive flood in my home while it was vacant; Chuck gave me regular updates on when crews were in and out of my home, and what the status was of the mitigation - I felt so safe and cared for! Josh provided regular updates, helped find and procure materials necessary to restore my home, and was available to last minute touch-ups with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
