James Clyde and his team do a phenomenal job! We couldn’t be more pleased with our forever home. The details in design are absolutely beautiful. What would be upgrades with other builders, are considered standard with JCH. Cant recommend enough!

We bought a James Clyde home last January upon a strong recommendation from our realtor. Couldn't have made a better decision with the builder and the home. He does everything first class with no shortcuts. The appliances in the home are all Thermidor, the fixtures are top of the line-quality everywhere. Neighbors that visited have asked "How much extra did you have to pay for that upgrade?" Or "How did you pick out those bath fixtures, they go perfectly with the house?" no upgrades and James' decorator picked out the fixtures. All included in the price of the house. James Clyde and his team were a dream to work with. They were true to their word, stayed on track with time lines and kept us in the know. Kristina, their designer, was AMAZING and has incredible taste. This was not our first time building a house, and our experience with James Clyde was night and day from our previous homebuilding experience. We would DEFINITELY build with James again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to build. Our home is beautiful and we are SO happy with the finish product!
