Like our entire area, Heritage has grown too fast and the quality of care has gone down severely. You need to trust your healthcare providers and I no longer do. Communication is a nightmare. Calling in feels similar to a call center. It seems impossible to contact a nurse or doctor, using the patient portal is even worse. They say someone will contact you after 3 days, I've gone nearly 2 weeks before getting a reply, IF I GET A REPLY AT ALL. I was an advocate for HH, offering affordable health care in our area is desperately needed but I would not recommend them any longer. The staff complications, lack of communication, and most importantly a concern for their patients has ruined my trust in Heritage Health.

Finally found someone who treated me like a human!!! Zane Kloeckl was beyond amazing!! i haven’t had great experiences here like many people… last year i told myself i wasn’t ever going back, but i heard great things about Zane so i gave him a shot! he was beyond awesome! he sat down from his busy day and listened!! So thankful to have found him!

Dr. Rehil-Crest is a wonderful guy/doc! He is ALWAYS willing to spend as much time as needed with me to explain..... Whatever needs tobe explained/talked about! And he always makes me feel like I actually have a say in what treatments/options WE decide on! Which is RARE (unfortunately) when it comes to doctors! Usually i find doctors to be somewhat.... Condescending, or like they ALWAYS know ME/my body/what works for me, better than i do! ....... But not Dr. Rehill/crest! He is a wonderful guy, and a GREAT DOCTOR to have! (His nurses/assistant's are always nice, and friendly to me as well!) THANK YOU SIR!
