I've been seeing Dr. Shaffer off and on since we moved to Boise and he is hands down one of the best! He takes his time, is super friendly, knows his craft better than most, and I really don't know why you'd want to go to anyone else! Recently, I came to him in a lot of pain since being in a head on collision a few months ago. He took his time running up and down my spine to see if he could figure out what was going on. He figured out that I had a disc in my mid-back that slipped forward rather than backwards. He adjusted it and it literally took almost all the pain away in one visit. Ive had back problems most of my life, so I've been to countless chiropractors, but none like this. Dr. Shaffer has been a life saver! He wont just force any adjustmemt to make it 'POP' he actually takes the time, and uses methods that help to allow him to get you adjusted properly, without hurting. He is genuinely one of the nicest people i know, and truly cares about his patients more than just a customer. He and his colleagues are all excellent, and the ladies up front are friendly and efficient. I've been a regular for 6+ years, and will continue to be for a very long time!
