My laptop was overheating for a few months. It would shut down after about 20 minutes of use. I took it in after replacing the Thermal Paste (It did nothing :/ ). After taking it in, he says that he just did a manual cleaning but holy heck it worked! Everything that he did fixed my problems! I basically couldn't use this laptop beforehand but now I can! He only charged me $30 which I only realized when I got home and checked my statements. I would have payed $100 if I knew how good it would have turned out! Really great company. Will recommend to everyone I know!
My sons pc crashed and the guys at LRC were able to get it diagnosed and running in one day. They even called me after hours so I could pick up pc even though they were closed. Great process and great customer service. Highly recommend this business when your pc stops working
Wonderful service! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the prices are very reasonable. I had a laptop with a blue screen of death due to an operating system update, and it wouldn’t recover or reload the old OS. I had my laptop back in 24 hours with a hardware repair and a new OS! They also have great used gear. Highly recommend!
