We’ve been having backup in our kitchen sink for a bit. John and Alex came out, arrived on time, and were so friendly and professional! They got our kitchen sink working properly again, and gave us tips on keeping it clear moving forward. I have two little babies and they were so patient and kind about them moving around and “helping them out”. This is the best plumbing experience we’ve had and I will be recommending them to everyone!! Thank you!!
I had Johnny from All Star Plumbing come out over the past week and give me a bid for installation of a large dog washing and grooming station in my Garage. He came out today and performed the work - on time and on budget!!! It is not the first time I have used All Star - my experience has always been the same over the past 15 plus years!!!
As a property manager, it can be painstaking to find good, knowledgeable, and communicative contractors. We had a pipe leak after hours and All Star were quick to the property to get it stopped and repaired.It ultimately led to them doing a full re-plumb of four tenant-occupied units. Jennifer in the office was always very prompt and thorough with her responses. The project manager, Shane, was very knowledgeable and made this project as quick and painless as he could for our Tenants.The crew at All Star made this large (for us) project very easy and stress-free, I'd absolutely recommend them for any plumbing needs, big or small!
