The massage was great! Kelly was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. I had neck and back pain and she was able to help relieve it! I was referred to her by my Doctor and would highly recommend her to everyone! 😊

I really like this place! They WANT business so they treat you like they do. Dr Aguilar gives his patients his undivided time. He's kind and knowledgeable. He's easy to talk to and the environment is very cozy to be in. It's also extremely neat and clean in every room. I had to change chiropractors due to my long term masseuse leaving. I have very tight muscles and I really feel lousy without a deep massage. Mark has restored my body to actually feeling relief once again! They have 4-5 professional massage therapists. You can ask for exactly what you need and want. plus the Dr. Fully evaluates you. If you say I referred you I think you'd get a free $40 evaluation. I can't promise that though you can try! They have tea and I think it's also cappuchino while you wait, but I have not had to wait yet. My BCBS insurance is accepted here. You can just call and they check for you. Angie was really patient and kind with all of my questions. I researched a lot before giving Helping Hands a try. I feel lucky to know I found my new chiropractor and masseuse and don't have to look any further. I suggest giving them a try!
