I started coming to HealthSource due to chronic low back pain, which was complicated by fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis. I remember the first day I met with Dr. Sandy. She performed X-rays and other measurements to assess what was going on. Based on her assessment findings, she created a treatment plan for me. I was in severe pain when I started my treatment plan, which included chiropractic care, physical therapy, nerve stimulation, and decompression of my spine. All services could be completed at Dr. Sandy's HealthSource office. In addition, I met Dr. Mikayla and Dr. Natalie, who helped me with therapeutic exercises as well as with the other modalities and Angela, who is the glue that keeps the clinic functioning at such a high level. I have been very impressed by the treatment and staff. They all make it fun to be there! Today, I started on the maintenance part of my care plan. I feel like I am at another pivotal point in my care. My pain has gone from a 8-10 all the time, to a 1-2 on the daily. I have no more limitations or restrictions, but I have become smarter on how I use my body from the teachings at HealthSource. I feel like I can now say that I am living my best life.
