MY BOYS FIRST TIME IN A BARBERSHOP IT STARTED OFF NONCHALANT FOR STARTERS BUT EVENTUALLY THE BARBER WARMED UP TO THE FAMILY. SPOUSE AND LOVED THE HAIRCUTS 💈 . BARBERSHOP WAS VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. CLEAN RESTROOMS . SMELL GOOD IN THE BATHROOM DIDN'T SEE ANY STAINS ON THE FLOOR OR WALLS VERY CLEAN. ALSO NOTICED THE MARVELOUS FLAT SCREEN FOR THE CUSTOMERS WAITING, IN CONCLUSION THE CLEANEST BARBER SHOP THAT I'VE BEEN TO AROUND THE WATERLOO CEDAR FALLS AREA . THANKS FOR RECOMMENDING US TO GO THERE GOOGLE WE WILL RETURN THERE FOR THEIR NEXT HAIRCUTS . HANDICAP SPOTS WAS ACCESSIBLE CLEAN RAMPS FOR THE HANDICAP. I WILL BE BACK FOR MY NEXT HAIRCUT . HE DID AN AWESOME JOB WITH MY KIDS 😊 CUTS THAT I WILL BE GOING THERE I DON'T TRUST MANY PEOPLE WITH MY KIDS OR MYSELF BUT BARBER HAD THE BASKETBALL GAME ON , MADE OUR VISIT FEEL THAT SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY IN THE MIDWEST FEELING. Somehow, transactions on a gift card I have adding up to $500 came from this barbershop that were not my transactions. I called the barbershop to find out what happened and the guy on the phone yelled at me and accused me of trying to scam them. I was just trying to get clarification and let them know that money had been taken out wrongfully. I don’t even live in the same state. Very rude and wouldn’t even listen to my concerns. I wasnt asking for any money back, and when I offered to send the proof of the transactions, he yelled at me more and hung up on me. Thanks for no help at all and taking almost $500.
