Bottom line: Poor handling of agreements, dismissive customer service, and careless execution. Not worth the headache despite paying $6,253.30.
The product wasn’t the issue—the service was. During consultation I was promised my HVAC would be covered before grinding concrete. It wasn’t. Dust spread everywhere, fire alarms went off for an hour, the fire department showed up, and one detector had to be replaced. My HVAC was left covered in cement dust—a serious health hazard for my family.
When I complained, the GM (Kevin) came to “fix” it by opening my HVAC without permission, wiping it down himself, and reinstalling the doors upside down. Instead of taking responsibility, it felt like he was covering up his crew’s mistake. I had to hire a certified HVAC specialist to properly assess it.
The only person who cared about addressing my concern was the CEO, who offered to reimburse the HVAC assessment (which fortunately cost $0) and replaced the detector. Unfortunately, the damage to my trust in this company was already done.

Dillon, Merle and Saul laid out our floor and filled all gaps in a day. Did a great job for us. Recommend their service. Very polite and accommodating providing instruction on care.
After 2 weeks my floor is sticky to the touch. I have not driven on it yet due to this. I am awaiting resolution and permanent resolution which has had some delay. I may be headed to litigation if not resolved. Update: had a few other issues but resolved financially. Took awhile but helpful in the end. I would competively shop this company and errors were made along the way not quickly resolved.

Very very happy with my new garage floor! The team at Hello Garage did a great job. Macquire checked with me fist to make sure it was the correct color and that I was not hoing to do the apron. So glad he checked because I did want the apron done. That was an easy add. They answered all of my questions and were both pleasant and professional!
