This place is amazing always does a great, fast job, explains everything very well, never feel pressured into things I don't need. Been here 3 times first time was a 5. Friendly service quick in and out. 2nd time a 4 as we were recognized but a long wait. Seemed there was more talk than working on vehicles. The last time I'd rate it a 3. it seemed like they weren't sure what to do and procedure wasn't followed. We had to explain what our green valve stem caps were meant, why we use nitrogen in our tires, and a few other things. It was not like any other Valvoline stops anywhere. When our vehicle was done he left us sit in our running vehicle and walked to another bay. We waited but after a bit before we scooted forward slowly and he finally meandered over and guided us out.
