10/10 experience. Came in within a few days of calling. Tried all locals and either couldn't get in or don't take new patients. We ended up having to put our dog down. The staff was amazing and allowed us to take our time to cry as much as we needed. Made sure Buddy was comfortable before we made the choice. I have never been to this vet prior and despite the bad news it was a very calm and comfortable environment

Out of all vet clinic’s I have ever been to, the Shelby Vet Clinic trumps all. The prices, the people, the overall experience is unmatched and makes the drive worth it. All other clinic’s take hours out of your day and try to rob you of all your money, while at Shelby Vet Clinic, I was in and out within 10 minutes & paid a beyond reasonable price. I will not visit any other clinic than this one!

Excellent pet care when needed in an emergency, especially considering it was the day after a holiday! Will be using them going forward! After hours emergency call was returned within 15 minutes after calling at 7am on the holiday I was referring to! Stellar…just stellar!
