Sam came out promptly to our home for what we initially thought was a bat issue. After a thorough inspection, he discovered it was actually a yellow jacket nest in our attic. With a newborn in the house, we were especially concerned about the risk of them getting loose. Sam understood the urgency and quickly put together a plan. Within the next day, the yellow jackets were safely and effectively exterminated. We truly appreciate Sam’s dedication, professionalism, and care in keeping our family safe. Highly recommend!

I hired Critter Control due to the complexity of the job I needed done. I purchased a renovated home that had roof damage from the Derecho years ago, allowing some racoons to take up refuge in the attics for an extended period of time.
While the racoons were long gone, they left in their wake unsalvageable soiled insulation with tunnels and droppings throughout the attic. Most of the ventilation baffles were destroyed and scattered.
