We had a unique situation where we wanted our own fence, but also the previous owner of our neighbor's house had a DIY fence that went over our property line by a few feet, and the current owner wanted to get it removed. In less than 1.5 days these guys had my neighbor's fence taken out and our new white vinyl privacy fence installed to perfection!
They originally told us it'd be four weeks before they could get to us but was really only two weeks from when I sent the downpayment. They were able to send the estimator and provide the initial estimate right away, and Nicole, who manages their e-mails and phone, was very responsive and able to answer all of my questions every step of the way.
Despite it feeling like an overwhelming project for me personally, Heiar made it easy from beginning to end. They were willing to coordinate with my neighbor and did a fantastic job scheduling the teardown and installation for the same day.
They had previously also offered to remove just the part of my neighbor's fence inside our property line and secure their fence for no additional charge (in case my neighbor chose not to pay to tear down the whole thing) - something I didn't even think was an option or possibility. The perfectionist in me was so happy to get the property line situation straightened out with the installation all at once!

From start to finish our experience was wonderful. Sherry communicated with us when the install would happen, a week out and a day before. The installers arrived, the guy in charge (forgot to get his name), made sure thru out the process that it was being done to my liking, he made sure that my small dogs didn't have any chance of getting out. Had the entire project done in a day! If your looking for a fence, Heiar is the way to go!

I called and spoke with the receptionist last year and again this year about getting an estimate for some fencing I would like, both times she said they would send someone to give me and estimate. Last year no one ever came and now it has been over a week and haven’t heard from anyone. I love their fencing when I see it around town because it always looks like such good quality, but the customer service is really disappointing. I am eager to get a fence up this year!
