Super easy to schedule via email and then having text conversations to get all the new patient paperwork done. They squeezed all my kiddos in quickly, even though there are 5 of them! Office was very clean and staff was super friendly. Excited to start our new dental journey at Joiner & Zwart!
A few weeks ago Dr. Zwart replaced a crown and filled a tooth for me. He and Brianna were very professional, and worked so well together to make the appointment a good experience.
Today I saw Dr. Zwart for a filling, and I was again very pleased with his care and professionalism. He and Katelynn(?) were very pleasant and helpful. So thankful for excellent dental care!
I went in for my annual teeth cleaning and exam. I was greeted with smiles and the hygienist, Joan, promptly ushered me into her operatory. The cleaning was the most thorough I have ever had and she carefully charted everything to make sure that accurate records were maintained. She also educated me on proper oral maintenance through brushing, flossing, and diet. The dentist appeared and during my examination they both conferred on the condition of my teeth. It was a truly professional team effort. The dentist had a very gentle and kind touch, made light conversation, and plans were made for some minor repair work after Christmas.
