Heather has been coloring my hair for many years and I love that it has turned out perfect every time! The salon is upbeat, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I never have any problems with appointments and Heather's always there when I arrive. What I really love is that she sends me reminders the day before. Highly recommend Phresh Lochs Salon. The user before me had a bad experience and I'm sad to hear it. However, I have been going to them for about a year and have not had any issues except for one overbooking. Anyone can make that mistake.I see McKinzie and she works with me to create a style I am happy with. They make me feel at home and welcomed there. Very friendly. Sounds like there was a communication breakdown some place.
