We've used them before without a problem for our own home. This home is a parent's, during this terrible virus. The AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year, of course. I shot them an email when I found out, at night. Bright and early the next morning, Angie was on it. Tom was at the house shortly after. He fixed the most apparent problem, but then went hunting to make certain that was it. I kind of wish he hadn't !! It was going to be a system replace, lots of money we didn't have. Tom called me a few times, lastly saying, basically, "Let me try something," He ended up saving us thousands of dollars because he didn't give up; and, for that, I am very very thankful. Plus, the house was cool and livable within a few hours. Thank you !
