I had the team from Tjarks Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning over to my home today to install a brand new electric furnace, a new 50-gallon gas water heater, and a new sump pump in my basement. Steve’s team did an EXCELLENT job with everything!! The new furnace is smaller, so the new unit required a height adjustment… which is wonderful because the old one was over 40 years old!! The new water heater was properly vented this time because the old unit wasn’t installed properly many years ago (before I owned the house). And the sump pump is a work of art! I greatly appreciate the time and effort that was put in! Thank you so much for your service!!!

Went in about 10 months ago to speak with someone about a plumbing issue, receptionist said they were in the bathroom and to leave my number and they would call me back, never received a call back. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt so just this week I decided to email them and ask to set up an appointment for an estimate and I of course left my number, once again I never received a call back or a return email. If I could rate them 0 stars I would! I guess I don't know how a company stays in business when they can't even return a simple phone call. At this point I'm convinced if I did receive a reply they wouldn't bother to show up to the job.

Installed furnace, water heater and AC unit in about 8 hours. Took the old furnace away. Assisted me with the fancy smart thermostat. Everything was perfect.
I recently had an urgent matter with a broken pipe. They were able to accommodate me quickly, and repair the pipe within a couple of hours.
I am very grateful for the dependable, high quality service, they always deliver.
