The BEST cosmetologist in Iowa!! She is very professional and at the same time she makes you feel very comfortable and helps you to get exactly what your asking for. The BEST, brightest, most perfect blonde EVERY TIME. Deb is amazing and will pair the product used with your hair type and get to exactly the tone you are looking for. I’m very picky about my blonde color (naturally light but lightened) and she gets it EVERY time.
