I am amazed at how easily and quickly Christine held my old cat and clipped his nails-- this was his first time!!
Now our relationship is better-- he gets to stretch out and act more natural without snagging on everything and I don't have to dodge his nails

Christine is so kind, professional, and quick! I have taken my cat Bennie to be groomed by her multiple times and I am always highly satisfied :) Bennie develops matting underneath his arms and legs, and litter stuck in his long hair. By having him groomed he stays so much cleaner and he is happier! Christine always handles my cat with care and is patient! I recommend Suds N Hugs for cat grooming

Christine does a wonderful job with our baby girl. Thank you. Izzy look absolutely adorable after her grooming session. Izzy doesn't take to just anybody. I appreciate the good care she takes with my furbaby.

I was very thankful for this groomer getting the mats out of my cat mojo. He was sick and received a lot of mats because he couldn't groom himself and I also could not groom him without hurting his stomach. I took him to this groomer because she had a lot of experience with cats and I was concerned with that. I understand that it must have been hard to try to get the mats out of him because he was severely underweight due to his illness. The skin was very close to the mats. I told her that I didn't really care how he looked as long as the mats were out which is why he is only partially shaved and isn't styled. However, I did not like the way she treated my cat. Overall, I was absolutely stunned at how she treated him. He is one of the most relaxed cats and he turned aggressive for once in his life. She was not very careful when shaving him to me. He got nicked and when this happened she called me in to help calm him down and help hold him down. Once any mat was mostly shaved she would just pull the mat out of his hair. It was obviously extremely painful for him and it occasionally left small red dots where it was pulled. I don't think pulling fur out of a cat is at all humane and I felt terribly sorry for my cat. When he meowed in pain after she pulled the fur out of his skin, I feel like she did not really try to calm him or make him feel better. I feel like all that mattered was getting it out even though he was obviously severely stressed and needed to be calmed. She also would lift him by the tail slightly a few times and I had to push his butt back to the ground because I knew it hurt him (he always meowed when she did it). I also got nervous at one point that she was going to accidentally shave his whiskers so I would push them out of the way but she didn't (I know that part must have been hard). But My cat, who has never growled in his life despite constant vet visits, was traumatized and I felt so bad that I took him here. Eventually she told me that she had to raise my price because it took longer than normal (it was a little over an hour). I don't know a lot about pet grooming, I just feel like my cat was miserable. She did tell me she felt like she might Nick him because the mats were so close to the skin but he has quite a few nicks. I just feel so awful for him. I didn't really show much of my distraught feelings to her because it looked difficult but I was very sad for him. She is a very nice lady who has the cats best intentions at heart. We had great conversations and I saw that she really cared about her job. Obviously, my cat had a serious case and it was not easy to do. However, after my cat got so many nicks and seemed like he was in so much pain, I can not with my full heart give a good review. I'm sure she would be great at giving trims for animals or minor things but if you have a seriously matted cat, visit a vet or a more established cat groomer. I saw her other photos on here for trims and they're great. If your cat is severely matted though, I don't believe she has all the resources to help them and let them have a good experience
