Chelsey and her team provide an exceptional training experience.

We rescued our dog, Tigger, at 16 weeks of age with the goal of eventually having him serve as a therapy dog. Prior to working with Chelsey, we utilized a couple of different training programs with varying approaches. While Tigger was generally successful at home and in the office, he lacked some of the foundational manners and consistency necessary to confidently perform in a therapy setting.

After researching several options, we contacted Chelsey to learn more about her program. Although we were initially hesitant about a board-and-train format, Chelsey took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answer our questions, and ensure we felt comfortable with the decision.

Throughout the eight-week program, Tigger made remarkable progress. He developed greater impulse control, improved reliability in his behaviors, and gained the structure and consistency he needed. He no longer jumps when greeting people, demonstrates excellent recall, interacts appropriately with other dogs, walks politely on and off leash, and exhibits the calm, well-mannered demeanor we were hoping to achieve. Importantly, he has maintained his friendly and playful personality while learning when and where those behaviors are appropriate.

Chelsey's commitment to our success extended well beyond the training program itself. Prior to Tigger's return, she visited my office and conducted a mock therapy session to help reinforce expectations and ensure a smooth transition into his working environment. This personalized approach provided valuable guidance and confidence as we continued his training at home and in the office.

We are proud to say that Tigger is now a certified therapy dog and accompanies me to the office daily. He consistently demonstrates appropriate behavior with clients and has become a positive presence in our workplace.

Chelsey's expertise, professionalism, and dedication to both dogs and their owners are evident in every aspect of her program. We highly recommend her and her team to anyone seeking a comprehensive training experience and lasting results.

I have epilepsy and a movement disorder that requires a dog that is attentive watching me paying close attention having his ears always on his nose always alert and able to go get me help. I depend and use a wheelchair to get around and before Chelsea and Knalhart I was using a different trainer and things were not going I was hoping to help me reach my independence goals, and have the Dog. I need decide to search for a different Trainer impound Chelsea in Knalhart can it be more happy he now can be The service Dan I need him to be for my epilepsy and movement disorder

Knallhart training Went above and beyond, not just helping myself train my dog, but making sure that every meat I have was fulfilled staying in touch with me through multiple variations of contact double checking on what I am trying to do and need accomplished with my dog and myself and how we can get there!

They went far out of the way to visit me at my home and see Me and my dogs every day in life surroundings what we do because I had started training him and got him certified through his trainer, but he was not acting like the Sarah dog and needed him to be and this other Trainer was very don’t like saying bad things about other people, but she just was not a good Trainer and I wouldn’t recommend her to anybody whereas I would recommend Chelsea in Knalllhart Anybody and everybody because they are amazing there they are very loving, knowledgeable and exceptional at what they do!
I’m gonna especially rare case with what we want my dog to do and needed my dog to get trained to do and he is now doing that perfectly. I was afraid of him washing out and not being able to accomplish the tasks that I would need him to do. Chelsea did a home visit with me to make sure she would check and see where we were at before we even started and I committed to them and she said no we are not gonna let that happen. He is definitely capable with the right Training and we will not let that happen to myself. I’m so happy I found them and I’m sticking with them to this day staying in touch because I have now I have friends there along with the Help. They gave me in training my dog. They are wonderful. Highly recommended 1000 out of 1000 stars!

When back at on and I may very rare hard case I wanted 1 million diagnosis probably more than that. Levi not only does every good behavioral need but alerts procedures does some deep pressure therapy for me. I was able to take him to my first job at a school and there he was amazing around students good at ignoring the ooo’s and ahh’s From the students staying on task checking in on me and the autistic student I was working with he gave him lots of special attention if he deserved it and needed it and ended up making the students year and mine with how he interacted with children that my first job in state focused at home he would let his hair down and now he is better and he’s the dog that I need because of jealousy and I’m grateful for her and and Knallhart❤!!

I sent my absolutely amazing (but psycho) german shepherd dog to Knallhart, I loved being included in training lessons multiple times throughout her stay and seeing her progress. She came home to me so well behaved. Her heel, reactivity levels, self regulation ability was all so incredible. I loved the set up of the program and Chelsey was amazing to learn from. This was an amazing experience and something I will always be so grateful for doing. I can’t say the word amazing enough times to truly describe the joy I feel knowing I made the right choice with Knallhart

Peony loves staying with Chelsey and company❣ Chelsey gives her “friends” to play with and attention she receives gives me peace, knowing she is loved and cared for as if she was at home.

Chelsey helped us and our pup become more prepared for life with a dog. Our pup knows commands and has far more discipline than when we started, and we feel far more prepared!

Chelsey took a dog with food aggression, whom couldn't stop bullying other dogs off there food dishes, couldn't stop his nose to the ground run all over the yard for hours.

My dog is now a therapy dog, whom is calm, well mannered, and holds commands. Reactivity is down and the food aggression is managed to what your basic expectations for a dog would be.

Best money I have spent for the 8 week dog boarded training. Will definitely recommend and use Chelsey again.

Appreciate the care she took of our dogs and the progress the dogs made. Great working to make sure my kids are part of the learning and training. Attentive to our specific concerns and areas of focus.

We reached out to Chelsey for help with our insecure and dog reactive dog, Penny. Chelsey responded quickly and instantly put me at ease. She was confident that Penny would be able to learn the skills she needed to learn life is not so scary. Penny went to Knallhart for the 8 week board and train program. We took advantage of the financing that was offered for the fee, that was huge for us. Week one we joined a group class at Knallhart and trained with a group of strange dogs and humans and Penny did great! She was very nervous but she wasn't reactive. It was so amazing to see that change is such a short time. In the weeks that followed I got updates, pictures and videos of Penny, including her walks with goats! I spent the time Penny was gone doing my homework, reading books and watching videos that Chelsey assigned. We trained at a dog park sitting while dogs came in and out of the dog park, Penny just sat there content. No reactivity. There was also a dog that was not on a leash in the parking lot that came right up to her and she didn't react. The last week we joined a community pack walk. Penny walked for a few miles in a huge group of strange dogs and she did wonderful. Penny came home with a whole new set of skills and tools. I also learned a ton about how I handle situations. That was not the end of training for Penny. We have Chelsey in our back pocket for any concerns for the rest of Penny's life. That is huge! I already have a meeting scheduled for a new situation that has come up. I highly recommend Chelsey and Knallhart. Chelsey is a kind, energetic, smart human who knows her dogs!!

We loved working with Chelsey & team at Knallhart Kennels & Training Academy! We stumbled into adopting a 2-year old dog, but realized she needed some obedience training to seamlessly integrate with our existing family of two young kids and an older (bossy) dog. Using a combination of a board & train program, as well as in-home training, our dogs now love each other and know their limits on how to behave. Would highly recommend Chelsey & team - they’re 100% worth the investment, which will pay dividends for years!
