I had ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my best friend's birthday. But I messed up big time - I provided the wrong address. Unfortunately, this really was my error and the person who got my flowers didn't come forward and call Beno's. It was a punch to the gut as I knew some random person had a $135 bouquet and my friend had nothing. I messaged Beno's to see if there was anything I could do as I couldn't kick the sick feeling. They offered to send a smaller bouquet and just charged me a VERY small fee. I can breathe again. It's small businesses like this that make the world a better place. Could they do any better? I don’t think so! I called and had questions about delivery for a small pet friendly plant in a pot. Beno was super polite and helpful, even texting me pictures of 3 shelving units lined with pots to choose from. The plant arrived on time and in great shape. Outstanding small business, support him next time you need flowers or a plant!
Small shop full of beautiful items. Not inexpensive but enough variety to mix and match with cheaper items. I bought two small pots, a plant and a dish for under $40. I would say my plant aesthetic is bougie-Mexican and this place is IT. So lucky to have it in Iowa City ❤️
