Service tech came out on Wed., November 9th and performed annual service on furnace and A/C. Tech convinced me to put in an ionizer. Total cost came to $1336.00, including my 10% discount for being a VIP member. Servicing was no charge, so the cost was just for the ionizer. It was 32 degrees on Fri., the 11th, so I tried to turn on the furnace. It wouldn't run, so I called GRP&H and told them to just come Sat., the 12th. Tech came out and fixed the problem. Friendly, courteous and professional technician. Performed a biannual system check. Found a couple minor issues and provided several no pressure options. I'm very pleased with my experience.
